General terms and conditions of business


All prices included in the offer are, unless expressly stated otherwise, the net price per person in Moroccan Dirham, Euro or Swiss Francs. We create targeted trips for free.


8 weeks prior to departure, we need information about the state of bookings.
30 days prior to departure, we need your subscriber list with name listed travel participants and room type, and specifying the number of escorts.
Single room: For each minuscule Group we can reserve max. 5 single rooms. If you need more single rooms, so they will be computed on the basis of a double room!


Upon receipt of your subscriber list, we create a proforma invoice which must be paid at least 10 days prior to departure by bank transfer to our account at the Banque Populaire in Tangier. If by the departure of the travel, the price is not paid in full, we are released from the obligation to carry out the trip.


Should we be (for example, due to changes of taxes, fares, fuel costs, etc.) forced to adjust our prices of substantial and unforeseeable reasons, we can change the indicated in our offer price subsequently. In this case we will inform you immediately.


If individual travel services are not availed (as for early return or for other compelling reasons), is not entitled to pro-rated refund of the price.


You can up to 30 days before departures withdraw free by enclose us travel contract or your binding registration. This withdrawal should be in writing in your own interest.
The cancellation fees are for each registered group:
a) Up to 30 days before departure free of charge.
b) From the 29th day to the 15th day before departure: 25% of the total price per person
c) By the 14th day to the 7th day before departure: 50% of the total price per person
d) From the 6th day prior to departure: 75% of the total price per person
e) Cancellation of individual participants: Is free of charge until one day before arrival.
Cancellation on arrival is generally considered NO SHOW and will be charged in full.
Produced by the resignation of a guest about other trip participants additional costs (for example, single supplements, no longer existing minimum number of participants in groups, etc.) are charged to the retiring members.

We are responsible for a conscientious preparation and the careful selection and monitoring of the service providers (hotels, tour guides) during the tours. We assume no insurance or liability in case of accident, injury, other adversity, loss or theft of valuables or luggage. No liability we do not assume for any damages incurred as a result of major force (political reasons, war, natural events) or strikes, official measures etc.


In event of payment problems you are bound all reasonable, do to contribute to remedying the failure and to avoid possible damages or to minimize them. In particular, you are required to bring complaints to us immediately note. With omission of immediate notification of defects, no claim to reduction can take place.
